As part of our content policy, FadeCraft responds swiftly to all valid DMCA takedown requests. This means that any content identified in a verified DMCA complaint will be removed or access to it will be restricted without delay. As required by law, we may also send a copy of the takedown notice—including the original complainant’s contact information—to the user who uploaded the allegedly infringing content.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice in writing. This must include the following details:

• A precise identification of the content that was removed and its previous location on our site.
• Your contact details: name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting your belief that the content was wrongly removed.
• A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your area (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate U.S. district) and accepting service of legal papers from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After submission, we will forward the counter-notice to the original copyright owner. If they do not pursue legal action within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the removed content.
