1. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved for you.
2. No-Shows
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
3. Dissatisfaction with Service
- If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please inform us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- We will offer a free correction if the dissatisfaction is due to a service-related error.
- Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved with a correction.
4. Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards
- Prepaid service packages are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person upon request.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, but do not expire.
5. Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, depending on availability.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued for missed time.
